Jackets Heaters & Pads, Heating Tape, Chord element

Design:
These are made out of Nichrome/Kanthal spring coils spirally wounded to fiberglass/quartz yarn. Outer sides of these elements are again covered with yarn & are stitched to fiberglass clothes. A fiber insulation pad will be provided above the heater to prevent the heat radiation.

Heating elements are covered with fiberglass clothes of 25mm width, maximum length of 5 meters. Chord elements made out of fiberglass yarns with a diameter of 8mm maximum length of 7meters. These are available with fiberglass and quartz insulation materials.
