Design:
Made of spirally wound Nichrome spring coil evenly inserted in the
solid and straight ceramic pipes. These ceramic elements are housed
in SS or Brass tubes for protection. High grade MgO powder is filled in
the remaining space inside the ceramic insulator to increase thermal
conductivity, dielectric strength and heater life.
